1. Robust Frame and Structure
The machine utilizes a robust 4×8 frame built from high-quality steel plates. It has undergone detailed stress analysis to ensure sufficient strength and a high safety factor.
Machining: The entire frame process is CNC machined for precision.
Flatness Error: The flatness error is maintained at ≤0.10mm.
Motherboard: The motherboard is a substantial 60mm thick.
 
2. Advanced Electrical Control System
