1.The dual-cutter rapid cutting and compression element vertical motion of the machine are realized through hydraulic motion.
2.The width of 650mm for compression element can fully saticsfy working requipments,even for small narrow veneer.
3.The transmission parts of the machine are composed of 4 parallel high-precision guides and 2 high-precision roller screws,which can ensure high operating speed,small heat generation,quick heat dissipation,low noise and high precision.
4.The operating mode has two options,manual and auto.
5. Due to the adoption of a grating ruler for positioning,its precision can be controlled within 0.1mm,The maximum cutting width is 650mm and the length 3,500mm,with accurate cutting angle.
6. The central touching panel and PLC control on the 10.1' human-machine interface enables a clear angle of view.
7.The red laser lighting source can clearly illuminate the cutting position,which can realize cutting by eluding from the disadvantages of veneer and improve is utilization rate.
