Automatic veneer feeder---Veneer dryer (6200/4600/3200/2800)--Veneer moisture detecting,veneer grade sorting, veneer stacker---veneer packing press;

---Durable gear drive the upper and lower rollers to ensure the synchronization of transmission.

---Jet box has variable cross-section shape, and directional spray holes jetting hot thermal air to ensure moisture of the veneer is uniform.
The thermal insulation wall panel is filled with high-density insulating materials, strict hermetical seal prevents leakage.

Centrifugal fan with high flow rate and static pressure,efficiency, and durability.

---ANJN TECH own energy recovery device exists at the inlet and outlet end of the veneer dryer, leaked hot air return drying chamber for recycling by negative pressure, which reduces heat loss and greatly improves the veneer dryer performance.

Main Features
The dryer machine adopts air flow circulation system and top centrifugal blower, they have high air pressure and large air volume. The radiator adopts the structure of steel & aluminum composite, and it has large heat radiation area and good heat radiation effect.
In the machine, the air flow is circulated horizontally and sprayed vertically to dry the veneer, and the veneer is transported by couples of rollers and mesh belt.
