1. Air pressure sensor The air pressure sensor can prevent the machine from starting the comb teeth when the air pressure is lower than the safe air pressure. The check valve can maintain safe air pressure throughout the comb teeth, and the stroke sensing device can ensure that the pressure plate is in a tight state before the teeth can be combed.

2. Laser positioning and irradiation technology uses laser positioning and irradiation technology to detect the end face and height alignment of the wood; the toothed hardwood installed on the backing board can effectively avoid the tearing and chipping of the last piece of wood.

3. Cutter shaft transmission mechanism: The cutter shaft transmission mechanism has a reasonable layout and compact structure. All cutter shafts are driven by flat belts to reduce vibration during operation. After the cutter position is adjusted, the belt has an automatic tensioning function.

Side small push plate device The special lateral small push plate device allows the short material at the end of sawing to be reliably pushed to the longitudinal connection position; the extra thick cylinder rod pushes from the guide sleeve to reduce the longitudinal connection pressure It is still stable and reliable when it reaches the maximum 12 tons.

7. Pneumatic glue spraying device The pneumatic glue spraying device can quickly respond to the start and end signals of glue spraying. The glue spray system can be easily cleaned. Different viscosity glues use different sizes of nozzle holes, and the number of nozzle holes is adjusted according to the cross-section height of the wood. Compared with the traditional glue application system, up to 30% of glue can be saved.

8. Vertical length stopper device Vertical length stopper device, the butt wood can be quickly adjusted within the length range of 3m~6m; the size of the stopper can be changed to suit wood of different cross-section sizes.
