This machine is equipped with the overall feeding frame , which can be saw many rows of pieces at the same time.
The saw wheel elevation is transmitted through precision ball screw, providing micro adjust ement with digital monitor with 0.01mm precision .
The tensioning of saw blade controlled by pneumatic/hydraulic device. Once the working pressure drops pneumatic system will automatically supple pressure, which ensure the blade in stable tensioning.
The advantage :
1.The saw cut-surface is slick, can be glued directly, and save 0.15~0.30mm sanding;
2.The processing veneer is thick, the Min thickness is 1.0~2.0mm;
3.The warp of the saw thickness is ±0.5mm, the saw cut-surface will not bring the trouble of the joint.
4.The saw route is only 1.2~1.6mm, it can reduce 50% loss of the wood saw route than the traditional sawing.
5.The speed of the saw is rapid, the max speed is 25m/ min, which is more 20~30% faster than the frame-saw's .
